What is it?
The general configuration of the company: identity, visual branding, behavior preferences, and account details.
Company Settings
These are the core details that identify your company across Modunex. You set the company name that appears throughout the platform and upload the logo used in the interface and on generated documents. You also choose the time zone that all dates and timestamps follow, and the default currency applied across the financial modules.
Branding
Visual personalization of the environment: brand color, logo, and appearance settings applied to the company workspace.
Preferences
Behavior preferences such as date format, language, and default notifications applied at the company level.
Account Information
This section shows the details of your company account. You can review the account data — the creation date, the account type (Enterprise, Pro, or Starter), and the owner's details. It also lists the license status of your standard tools (Standards, Directory, Documents, Permissions, Workflows, and Reporting) and your Project Hub tools (Punch List, BIM Viewer, Submittals, Schedule, RFI, and Correspondence), so you can see at a glance what your plan includes.
How to use it
- Go to Company Configuration → General.
- Update the company name, logo, time zone, and default currency.
- Adjust Branding (brand color and appearance) and Preferences (date format, language, notifications).
- Review Account Information to check your account type and the license status of each tool.
Company Configuration

Companies, vendors, contacts, and distribution lists shared across the company's projects.
