What you can do
The dashboard brings together everything you need for a quick financial read. The budget summary shows the approved budget, the actual costs incurred, and the deviation from plan at a glance. You can switch the fiscal year to compare periods and analyze historical trends, and the performance charts plot budget vs. actuals month by month as bar or line graphs. On top of that, a set of financial KPIs gives you calculated indicators such as the execution percentage, the accumulated deviation, and the close-out projection.
