General Questions

  • What plans are available? Account type (Enterprise, Pro, Starter) and the licensed tools are shown in Account Information.
  • Who can manage billing and the account? The account owner and administrators.
  • How do I get technical support? Contact admin@modunex.com.

Permissions

  • Why can't I see a module? You likely do not have access. Module visibility depends on your permissions.
  • How do I request access? Ask a company or project administrator to update your role or permissions.
  • What is the difference between roles and permissions? A role bundles a set of permissions; permissions are the granular access levels per module. See the Permissions Guide.

Workflows

  • How do I configure a workflow? In the Workflows Studio, define steps, roles, and rules.
  • What happens if an approver does not respond? Each step can define a due time; the item stays pending at that step until acted upon.
  • Can I skip a step? Routing rules and execution mode (sequential/parallel) determine the flow; administrators configure exceptions.

Fieldsets

  • How do I add custom fields? In Customization, select the module and add the field.
  • What field types are available? Text, number, date, selector, boolean, and more.
  • How do I reorder them? Fields can be reordered within the module's fieldset.

Submittals

  • What is the difference between a submittal and a package? A submittal is an individual item; a package groups several related submittals.
  • How do I resubmit? Use the workflow action to add a revision and resubmit.
  • What does "Approved as Noted" mean? Approved with minor comments that must be incorporated before proceeding.

Drawings

  • How do I upload a new revision? Add a new revision to the existing drawing; the previous one becomes superseded.
  • What are superseded drawings? Drawings replaced by a later revision, archived but kept accessible.
  • How do I organize packages? Group related drawings into a package for distribution or delivery phases.
