What is it?
The company directory: the shared database of collaborating companies, vendors, contact people, and distribution lists reused across all projects.
Companies
Register of collaborating companies: general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. A shared database available to every project.
Vendors
A catalog of vendors with their tax data, contacts, and status. Each vendor needs a unique vendor code, a trade name, and a status that marks it as active, inactive, or archived. You can also add optional details that make the record more complete: the tax ID, a contact email, and a contact phone.
Contacts
Individual contact people linked to companies or vendors.
Distribution Lists
Reusable email distribution lists used in correspondence and notifications.
How to use it
- Go to Company Configuration → Directory.
- Register Companies (contractors, subcontractors, consultants) and their Vendors.
- Add Contacts and link them to their company or vendor.
- Create Distribution Lists to address correspondence and notifications to multiple recipients at once.
The directory is shared: data registered at company level is available to every project, avoiding duplicate entry.
