Customization

Custom fields, fieldsets, and statuses adapted to the company's workflow.

What is it?

The tools to adapt Modunex forms and item lifecycles to each company's needs: custom fields, fieldsets per module, and custom statuses.

Custom Fields

Additional fields added to the forms of the operational modules.

Fieldsets

Sets of custom fields organized per module: Project, Schedule, Punch List, Submittals, Packages, Specifications, RFI, Coordination Issue, Correspondence, and BIM Models.

Each custom field has a label that is shown in the form, belongs to a specific module where it appears, and can be marked as required when it must always be filled in.

Statuses

Custom statuses for the items of each module, adapted to the company's workflow.

How to use it

  1. Go to Company Configuration → Customization.
  2. Select the module where you want to add a field and click "Add Field".
  3. Configure the name, data type, and whether it is required. The field appears in all forms of that module.
  4. Define the Statuses that match your process for each module.

Fieldsets configured at company level are inherited by every project so custom data stays consistent across the organization.
