Project Directory
Main project dashboard showing status summary, assigned team, module quick links, health metrics, and recent activity.
What is it?
Main project dashboard. Displays a summary of the status, assigned team, quick links to modules, health metrics, and recent activity.
When to use it
As the entry point to any project. It provides a global view of the current status and direct access to the most used modules.
Information displayed
The dashboard brings together the most important information about the project on a single screen. At the top you see the project status — its completion percentage and overall health — alongside the project info with the location, address, status, and key dates. Below, the team members panel lists everyone working on the project and the role each one plays.
It also includes a set of quick links, configurable shortcuts to the modules you use most, and a health status summary that shows at a glance how RFIs, Submittals, Punch List, and other active modules are doing. Finally, the activity log keeps you informed with the last ten actions recorded in the project.
What you can do
From the dashboard you can keep the project up to date without leaving the page. You can edit the team to add or remove members, configure the quick links that appear on the dashboard, and create a new item — such as an RFI or a Submittal — directly from here. The health status also doubles as a navigation panel, letting you jump into any project module with a single click.
